This project involved a number of industrial developments at three sites for Terex GB Ltd – the UK arm of the US Multinational Terex Corporation.
Coalisland Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone.
Construction of a 46,500 ft2 new production facility, containing two new final assembly halls and modern mezzanine offices within an extremely busy live operational site.
The external works included reinforced concrete service yards, car parking, fences, gates, security building, drainage, utility services & external lighting. Considerable alteration to existing utility infrastructure was required with uninterrupted supply maintained to the existing facilities.
Dungannon Business Park, Dungannon, Co Tyrone.
Construction of a new 76,500ft2 warehouse and production facility including new modern two storey office facility annex and a new external security reception building.
At this site over 100,000ft2 of external works were developed, including extensive soil stabilisation, reinforced concrete service yards, car parking for employees and visitors, fences, gates, security barriers, drainage, utility services & external lighting. A new entrance road was formed complete with footpaths, and all associated landscaping.
Farlough Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone.
Construction of a 26,000ft2 new production facility extension, new offices extension, 5,000ft2 office refurbishment.
External works included car park resurfacing; replacement reinforced concrete yards, a custom designed gabion retaining wall, as well as new acoustic fencing, drainage, and site lighting.
The Farlough Road works were delivered within a busy operational production and manufacturing facility requiring continued customer and stakeholder engagement throughout.
