Our policy at Henry Brothers is to maintain a high-quality system that is designed specifically to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and our own internal ‘Right First Time’ service approach.

We have developed a bespoke approach to quality assurance utilising the latest technology to enhance our performance; this system is based on customer satisfaction and continual improvements through lessons learned. 

Our robust Quality Assurance process begins at pre-construction stage and is implemented throughout the construction process, through Definable Features of Work Logs, Inspection Test Plans, Sign-Off Records and Handover Files. 

Our team of auditors use the latest technology to audit all our sites on an ongoing basis and to carry out trend analysis based on performance review.

BIM PAS 1192-2

We are certified by BSI to PAS1192-2:2013 for Building Information Modelling (BIM).

BIM brings together data and visualisations, within a 3D model format, which is used by the client, the end user, and the entire project team (design, construction and operations), to deliver a better understanding of how a building will function, what processes will be involved during construction, and what it will cost.

This cutting-edge technology gives clients the freedom to make changes early in the process and in doing so, enable the project team to deliver the best possible project solution for the end user.

Collaborative working

We believe in partnerships and collaborative working to enable us to address, monitor, and mitigate the many different challenges, risks, and constraints that are identified within the business – as well as maximise opportunities and provide best-value for our clients.

Central to this is effective communication with all stakeholders, in order to ensure the smooth running of our operations: our excellent organisational structure ensures that information streams are always open, and our Common Data Environment ensures transparency and accountability throughout our projects.

Finally, a communications & complaints procedure is discussed and agreed early on between all parties, to ensure that all lines of communication remain open throughout the project. All communications (including complaints) are recorded on a register to ensure traceability. 

Concrete Products

Henry Brothers Concrete production is certified by BSI to EN 139669: Common rules for precast concrete for linear structural elements. Our robust systems are maintained by our Group Quality Manager and audited externally annually.
