PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Delivered within a busy live hospital site located directly above patient critical care wards and neurological theatres, the works comprised the removal of the existing roof and mechanical and electrical plant at Level 7; the construction of new roof and extension of the existing escape stair to Level 7; and the installation of new mechanical and electrical plant and services.

Fire compliance works were also delivered on Levels 1 – 5 and 6 including strip out, making good, and the provision of new doors, partitions, skirtings, floor coverings, ceilings, equipped with new M&E services as required.
