Covering an area of approximately 52 acres, the extensive landscaping project also consisted of the restoration of Grade and A and Grade B listed buildings

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

As the largest historic renovation ever undertaken in Northern Ireland, this project consisted of the restoration of Grade A and Grade B listed Victorian Clotworthy House and Long Barn into an arts workshop, studio, education theatre, and meeting facilities.

The external works included the refurbishment of the former stable yards, water filled moats and the expansive Castle Gardens with extensive planting and soft / hard landscaping, including new roads, pathways, and car parking.
