PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Extensive internal re-modelling of the existing single storey offices to provide an open-plan office area with a new suite of meeting rooms and staff facilities, along with a new 170m² single storey office extension to the front of the works building.

The works also involved the insertion of a new passenger lift and staircase to provide full disabled access to the first floor where existing offices and meeting rooms were refurbished, along with alterations and upgrades to the staff and visitor car park to the front of the building.
