PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The construction of a new build fully operational modern Police District Command Headquarters including; 6500m² of open plan and cellular office accommodation over three floors, interview rooms, meeting rooms, conference suites, control rooms, reception areas, custody suite, plant rooms together with ancillary rest areas comprising leisure and recreational facilities incorporating gym/fitness suite, male / female changing, WCs, shower facilities, locker rooms and games rooms.

The project also included a 1200m² two storey vehicle workshop and garages, dog kennels, guard house and a new search and entry point for vehicles and pedestrians comprising rising bollards, barriers and mechanical gates.
