PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Delivered within a mixed-use office and industrial facility, this project comprised the refurbishment of a two-storey industrial unit to provide office and warehouse space with workshops, training facilities and exhibition areas.

The works were divided over two floors and included re-cladding the facade to incorporate Schlüter-Systems’ corporate colours, as well as internal demolitions; creation of new first floor areas, a ground floor workshop, and conference space; along with first floor office accommodation and testing areas. Associated M&E and associated external works were also delivered.

The project was delivered adjacent to, and within, the mixed-use industrial area which remained operational during the works.
