Security Facility
New security facility with alterations and extension to the existing public entrance and main hall building
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The construction of a new 400m² security facility with alterations and an extension to the existing public entrance and main hall building.
Completed within a live security sensitive urban environment, the works included an in-situ reinforced concrete and precast structure, including the design, manufacture and installation of off-site manufactured composite steel/concrete wall and roof panels to match existing, compete with various specialist structural glazing and entrance door systems. Internal works included the installation of all internal finishes to match existing materials and detailing within the building, along with all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services including under floor heating
External site works included stone paved walkways, an irregular shaped pond and soft landscaping.
