At Henry Brothers, we are passionate about fostering talent and supporting the academic and professional growth of our staff.

Congratulations must go to Isaac Marriott, Joel Henry and Aoife McClafferty, who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and graduated with top honours in their respective fields.

Isaac has graduated from Northumbria University with a Master of Science Degree with Commendation in Quantity Surveying. Starting his career with Henry Brothers Construction in late 2020, Isaac’s rapid progression to lead Quantity Surveyor on the Gamecock Barracks project underscores his dedication and professionalism to his role.

Joel has earned a First Class Honours Degree in Construction Engineering and Management through a Higher Level Apprenticeship programme at South West College. Joel’s journey from school to his current position within Henry Brothers highlights his continuous pursuit of personal development and his unwavering commitment to the company.

Aoife graduated from Ulster University with Upper Second Class Honours in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. After winning the Henry Brothers Prize for Most Dedicated Student, Aoife joined Henry Brothers for her placement year, quickly becoming a valued member of the Quantity Surveying department and contributing significantly to a range of projects.

Issac, Joel, and Aoife will continue their roles at Henry Brothers, helping us to deliver the best construction solution we possibly can, for every client, every time, without fail.

Commenting on Issac, Joel, and Aoife’s fantastic achievements, Julie McKeown, HR Director, said:
