Local construction company, Henry Brothers, has won three prestigious Awards this week, recognising their success as a family business, as well as their commitment and dedication to Environmental Sustainability and Training.
In the Chamber of Commerce Awards, Henry Brothers was presented with the Northern Ireland Family Business of the Year Award. They will join other regional winners at a UK-wide event in London in November for the final stage of the competition.
The Annual Construction Employers Federation Awards were held last night, and a team from Henry Brothers attended, having been shortlisted in four categories: Infrastructure: Health for the NI Fire & Rescue Service project at Desertcreat, Cookstown; The Transport and Utilities Award – for Milewater Service Station project, Translink; The Training Award and The Environmental Sustainability Award.

We also saw off some stiff competition to win The Construction Employers Federation 2019 Award for Training, providing recognition of our commitment to our workforce and the value that we place in developing our people, in building their knowledge and skills, supporting them personally and professionally as key members of our Henry Brothers team, and additionally as we continually reach out to schools and colleges, encouraging new interest in the construction sector.
