Congratulations to all our Midlands employees for successfully completing their Linkubator Frontline Leader course! The final session with John McKee, from Linkubator and David Henry took place on 6th May 2019 in Midlands, with each being awarded an Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate at Level 3 or 4.
At Henry Brothers we have been introducing this course at various levels right across the Henry Group and we were pleased to have so many successful participants within Henry Brothers Midlands.
The front Line Leader programme was designed to help each participant to:
• Understand their own leadership styles
• Gain a solid understanding of how to develop the behaviours of leadership
• Learn how to lead by example, set stretch goals and plan effectively
• Learn how to delegate and empower others
• Motivate, influence and inspire individuals
It is encouraging to hear about the benefit of these courses by a number of the individuals concerned and how they are implementing what they have learned in their everyday work.
